For 3rd cycle programs:
- Fill out and submit the Turkish scholarship application form online and indicate as the first preference one of the eligible PhD programs at Koç University.
- You must submit the form before their annual deadline in February.
- Complete and submit the application form for international students of Koç University with all required documents and information before the annual deadline.
- If you are selected by the Turkish Scholarship Review Committee for interview and then approved, and Koç University also offers you admission, you will be offered the scholarship for the relevant PhD program.
